Though you may have known The Real Good Life as Milwaukee’s best meal delivery service, we’re now thinking bigger!
This Is The Real Good Life is a full-bodied wellness brand serving body, mind and soul through food, movement, and community. Currently our work is focused on a weekly newsletter, writing a cookbook, and creating community-building opportunities through yoga classes paired with a meal.
Ultimately, TITRGL will be a multimedia operation with a print or online magazine, a series of books, and a flagship event series for curious women who want to learn something, enjoy tasty (real) food, be in community, and have a good time. (Hey, the first step to achieving big goals is to say them out loud!)

My mission is simple: “Feed their senses. Nourish your soul. Empower the body.”
For me, food is both my medium and my message. I love cooking, eating, and supporting others who do the same while helping families gather around the table, celebrate small moments, and find joy in the everyday.
I believe food nourishes us in more ways than one: through nutrients, connection, AND the comfort of good memories.
I live by the saying, ‘Food is medicine, and sometimes the medicine is cookies.’ Maybe I made that up — but it feels true.

Wanna come over to play? We’ll flow through yoga, share beautiful food, and you’ll probably leave with a new friend or two. Sounds lovely, right?

tEST RECIPES
Do you cook like an engineer (with precise measurements?)
Then I need you! I have over 120 recipes that have made the cut for the first cookbook. That’s a lot of testing, oh my!
HOW DO I TEST A RECIPE?
First, you contact me with how many people you’re cooking for, dietary preferences and restrictions, and if you like to bake.
Whenever I have a recipe that I think is about 80% good, I send it out to a select group of testers per that info you’ve shared.
There’s no hard deadline, but it would be helpful to receive testing notes within 30 days.
